Note: Content (write-ups and images) provided by the client. WordPress core and plugin updates will be performed as needed, considering their potential impact on website design, functionality, and compatibility with the current theme and PHP version.

1. Website Assessment: All websites are subject to an assessment process prior to acceptance into the support and maintenance program. We reserve the right to review each applicant's website to determine eligibility for our services.
2. Pre-Existing Issues: If the website is found to have pre-existing issues, such as corruption, malware, or viruses, these issues must be resolved before the applicant can be enrolled in the support and maintenance plan.
3. Separate Costs for Remediation: Any required remediation or fixes for pre-existing issues will be provided as a separate service and will incur additional costs based on the nature and extent of the issues. These costs are not included in the standard support and maintenance package fees.
4. Acceptance of Terms: By applying for our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, including the requirement for any necessary remediation prior to acceptance into the program.
